Return Policy

RETURNS, CREDITS, & CLAIMS

  1.   All materials, except special orders are returnable with the following criteria:

A.  Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase

B.  All materials returned must be in saleable condition

C.  All bagged goods and liquids must be un-opened

D.  Pick up returns will be at the discretion of WTS and may incur pick up fees

E.  All tile returned must be in original boxes

  1.  No cancellations of special-order materials will be accepted after the order has been placed.
  2.  Any claim of damage, short shipment, mis-delivery, or visual defects of merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt of said merchandise. If no claim is made, then the right to make any such claim or any other rejection of the goods shall be deemed waived.
  3.  WTS shall in no way be responsible for merchandise installed with visual defects, shading, dye-lot, calibration, and any other issues that would be considered discernible to the naked eye.
  4.  WTS shall be in no way responsible for the installation, merchantability, or fitness of merchandise for any use.
  5.  Installations and/or the use of the goods or merchandise by the purchaser shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods or merchandise. Failure to reject goods in a manner and time stated in paragraph 3 hereof shall be deemed to constitute an acceptance of the goods.
